31 years old, Loic Desjardins is a data processing engineer. He obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Systems Engineering (Ingénieur en Génie des Systèmes Mécaniques) followed by a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Technology and Humanitarian Sciences (DEA de Sciences Humaines et Technologies), at the University of Compiègne.

Having completed his end of studies course at Groupe de Recherches Musicales (GRM - Ina), Loic practiced senior study engineering and was junior project manager for 6 years in a major Parisian SSII. He was specialised in e-business technologies and applications development in the fields of industry and banking.

Loic joined Opsomai in December 2005, to take on Opsis Media's development, Opsomai's software platform for the management, communication and sales of on-line audiovisual catalogues.
